FOR:    Laser Printer Toner Cartridges Printer Ribbons

We warranty each cartridge and ribbon to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Our cartridges and ribbons have been manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.

We will, at our sole option, replace the Cartridge or Ribbon or refund the full purchase price of any printer cartridge or ribbon found to be defective during the product life.

We also warrant that, under normal use (provided routine maintenance is performed) our laser printer toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible laser printer.  If a defect in our toner cartridge directly causes a printer to fail, we will reimburse our customers for the full amount for all related, necessary service and repair.  This warranty is dependent upon notifying our office immediately that there is a problem, and providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in our laser printer toner cartridge or printer ribbon.  Return of the defective Cartridge or Ribbon is required.

We apply a tamper-resistant seal to each Cartridge.  If these seals are broken or removed, the guarantee becomes invalid.

Our Liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above.  This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We will attempt to correct any problem within two (2) business days from the time notification is given to our customer service department.
